Who we are

Luna Forge is an independently-operated personal content tool, used to research, create and publish short-form social video content on behalf of its owner's own accounts. It is not offered as a service to the public, has no user accounts of its own, and does not sign up or manage content for anyone other than its owner. Contact: fezuk85@googlemail.com.

What data this app accesses

• TikTok account data: Luna Forge connects to TikTok's API via OAuth to publish content as drafts and read basic performance analytics (views, engagement) on the owner's own connected TikTok account. It does not access, collect, or store data belonging to any other TikTok user, and does not read followers', commenters', or viewers' personal information.
• Website visitors: this website uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Browsing it does not collect any personal data.
• Direct contact: if you email us, we collect the name, email address and message content you choose to send, solely to respond to you.

How data is used

Any data accessed through TikTok's API is used solely to operate the owner's own content research, publishing and performance-tracking workflow. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Data storage & retention

Access tokens and credentials used to maintain the TikTok connection are stored securely and used only for that purpose. No personal data belonging to third parties (i.e. people other than the app's owner) is collected or stored. Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve the matter.

Children's privacy

Luna Forge is a personal operating tool for one adult content creator. It is not directed at children, has no features aimed at children, and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

If you are the app's owner or have contacted us directly, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing fezuk85@googlemail.com. UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Third parties

Luna Forge uses TikTok's official API to publish and read content on its owner's own account. TikTok is a separate data controller for data it collects directly, governed by TikTok's own privacy policy (tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy).
