What Luna Forge is
Luna Forge is a personal tool for content research, creation and publishing, built and operated by a single owner for their own use. It is not offered as a service to the public, and this website does not create accounts, process payments, or sign up third-party users.
Use of TikTok's API
Luna Forge uses TikTok's official Content Posting API and Login Kit to publish content to, and read basic analytics from, its owner's own TikTok account, in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By default, content is uploaded to TikTok as a draft — a human reviews and posts it; direct public posting is only used where explicitly authorised and disclosed. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is disclosed in line with TikTok's content policies.
Intellectual property
Content, scripts, and materials produced by Luna Forge belong to its owner. This website's own text, design and branding are the property of Luna Forge's owner unless otherwise stated.
No warranty
This website and the Luna Forge tool are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The owner is solely responsible for content published through it and for its compliance with applicable platform policies and laws.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Forge's owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the tool it describes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the tool's functionality changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
